We’re Hiring: IT Recruitment Resourcer / HR Assistant
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Recruitment Resourcer to help us attract a high calibre of Talent nationwide. As a valued member of the team, you’ll source potential candidates from a wide pool of talent – identifying individuals with the skills and experience to thrive in our fast-paced working environment.
This role demands a confident, articulate individual with the keen eye to spot quality candidates. Using your exemplary spoken communication skills, you’ll effectively qualify candidates, while building strong relationships with companies to understand exactly what they need in a candidate. By demonstrating your dedication and ambition, you’ll also have the opportunity to move up the career ladder in 6 – 12 months – progressing to a Recruitment Consultant / Business Development Manager.
Salary: Up to 21k basic with realistic OTE of £30k
Hours: 08.30-6.00pm
